What are Pockitudes? They're pocket-sized gratitude journals designed to help those experience stress and anxiety while supporting positive mental health. Research shows that regularly expressing and practicing gratitude has several positive benefits to our overall health such as: enhanced optimism, increased self-esteem, better sleep, deepend relationships and overall improved quality of life!! 


Each order has three journals with a total of 51 days of gratitude. They are full of self-care checklists, inspirational notes and prompts to guide your thinking, inspire kindness, mindfulness and generosity.
